We booked at the last minute, and then we were late arriving to class due to travel issues. Pim was so accommodating and welcoming!

We joined the afternoon cooking class, where Pim talked to us about the different Thai spices and ingredients and what we could substitute for them once we return home. We were able to make (and then devour!) five different Thai dishes under Pim's tutelage and with her encouragement.

This was easily one of the best things we've done in Thailand; could not recommend it more! So looking forward to treating family and friends to these dishes. read less

We learned how to cook 5 dishes--tom yum soup, pad thai, papaya salad, red curry, mango sticky rice. Everything was super delicious! Our class consisted of a group from Australia, US, South Korea and China, Pim was an excellent teacher who communicated well with all of us. Our host, Alex, was knowledgeable and personable. We enjoyed learning about and picking up key ingredients in the market, riding a tuk tuk to the school, and preparing pad Thai, lemongrass salad, green curry, and mango sticky rice. 10/10 highly recommended. We booked last minute the night before we were leaving and they were able to accommodate us for the next morning. We skipped the market due to our own logistics issues and went directly to the school. Ticha & her team provided excellent training! The class began with a stroll through a nearby market full of fresh fruits, vegetables and fish. We stopped at multiple locations to learn about the ingredients we would be using. The class itself was run by a very knowledgable and sweet instructor. We made 4 delicious dishes and received recipes to take home with us to reference later.
