Our teacher and the rest of the staff were so helpful and a lot of fun and we ended up making friends with a lot of the other class members. I spent a great morning starting with market shopping then on to the kitchen to cook 5 superb Thai dishes. Pim is well organised and passionate about her food. Her tips along the way were invaluable (and her English language skills excellent). The kitchen is modern and well equipped and Pim herself is professional and engaging. My husband, who does not cook, came along to eat the food and Pim was very welcoming. I highly recommend this experience. read less

Pim and her team are incredibly organized and made the experience fun and educational. We started in a local market and received a great lesson on different fruits, vegetable and spices. From there we took tuk tuks to the school and had a nice appetizer of local fruits.

I learned so much about traditional Thai cooking and I will take what I learned back home and make it my own!!!

We booked last minute the night before we were leaving and they were able to accommodate us for the next morning. We skipped the market due to our own logistics issues and went directly to the school. Ticha & her team provided excellent training! Our host, Alex, was knowledgeable and personable. We enjoyed learning about and picking up key ingredients in the market, riding a tuk tuk to the school, and preparing pad Thai, lemongrass salad, green curry, and mango sticky rice. 10/10 highly recommended.
