Nice market tour with plenty of explanations for the ingredients, though I could have walked around longer, but of course it was about the cooking.p

The class was hosted in a nicely decorated and very clean school and contained preparation of 5 delicious dishes with fresh ingredients guided by lovely chef Pim. We were just 5 people, so enough space, time and explanations. I really enjoyed it and had lots of fun aside from the tasty and plenty food! Would recommend it to everyone who wants to have a proper Thai cooking experience! Thank you very much Pim read less

We learned how to cook 5 dishes--tom yum soup, pad thai, papaya salad, red curry, mango sticky rice. Everything was super delicious! Even better than what we had tried at the restaurants and street food. The instructor is really nice, funny and speaks many languages! I'd highly recommend this class! read less

After getting ingredients at the largest wet market in Bangkok, we went back to the roomy and comfortable studio by tuktuk (live dangerously). Pim made thai cooking more accessible for us, as prior to the class thai cooking seemed complicated. However, as each dish was taught from start to finish, thai cooking became within our reach. After each dish, we were able to dine and enjoy. We made a total of 5 dishes from start to finish. In addition, we were provided mangosteen, rambutan, jackfruit and water as we waited for the class to begin. read less

The class began with a stroll through a nearby market full of fresh fruits, vegetables and fish. We stopped at multiple locations to learn about the ingredients we would be using. The class itself was run by a very knowledgable and sweet instructor. We made 4 delicious dishes and received recipes to take home with us to reference later. Our host, Alex, was knowledgeable and personable. We enjoyed learning about and picking up key ingredients in the market, riding a tuk tuk to the school, and preparing pad Thai, lemongrass salad, green curry, and mango sticky rice. 10/10 highly recommended.
