We originally planned to book the class on Wednesday but it was fully booked, so we opted for the one on Thursday whose menu turned out to be more attractive. The staff were all friendly and the atmosphere was cozy. I couldn't believe I'd have made such nice-looking dishes! Everything was made easy under Pim's coaching. Our teacher and the rest of the staff were so helpful and a lot of fun and we ended up making friends with a lot of the other class members. She laughed with us, but most importantly she helped us create some of the tastiest food I had during my trip. I felt knowledgeable about the ingredients used by the end of our experience. I can’t wait to try the recipes on my own.

I am also glad to know that the meat bought is halal. Do indicate for halal dietary when signing up. The hands on preparation and cooking is truly indeed a great learning experience. It was a bit cramp to cook in the kitchen because there were quite a number of us. Nevertheless, all of us enjoyed the cooking and eating sessions. read less

We booked last minute the night before we were leaving and they were able to accommodate us for the next morning. We skipped the market due to our own logistics issues and went directly to the school. Ticha & her team provided excellent training! Our host, Alex, was knowledgeable and personable. We enjoyed learning about and picking up key ingredients in the market, riding a tuk tuk to the school, and preparing pad Thai, lemongrass salad, green curry, and mango sticky rice. 10/10 highly recommended.
