Techa (apologies for my spelling Teacher) covered the preparation and cooking of the dishes very well. I would highly recommend this as a worthwhile thing to do in Bangkok. read less

Prim was great and provided very interesting info. The cooking school is well equipped and the class was well paced to prep, learn, cook and eat! The food was amazing (who knew we were that good at cooking? ?). The facilities were nice and the staff was very friends. We booked last minute the night before we were leaving and they were able to accommodate us for the next morning. We skipped the market due to our own logistics issues and went directly to the school. Ticha & her team provided excellent training! Our host, Alex, was knowledgeable and personable. We enjoyed learning about and picking up key ingredients in the market, riding a tuk tuk to the school, and preparing pad Thai, lemongrass salad, green curry, and mango sticky rice. 10/10 highly recommended.
