Techa (apologies for my spelling Teacher) covered the preparation and cooking of the dishes very well. I would highly recommend this as a worthwhile thing to do in Bangkok. read less

Our teacher and the rest of the staff were so helpful and a lot of fun and we ended up making friends with a lot of the other class members. I enjoyed the market visit very much and we have enough time to go round and talk about the Thailand’s spices . Tuk-tuk drive from market to the cooking house was a nice surprise. Because I was the only one wich came that morning a enjoyed almoust a privat cooking morning. I get all the information and help to cook that delicious Thai dishes! Highly recommended!!! read less

The class began with a stroll through a nearby market full of fresh fruits, vegetables and fish. We stopped at multiple locations to learn about the ingredients we would be using. The class itself was run by a very knowledgable and sweet instructor. We made 4 delicious dishes and received recipes to take home with us to reference later. Highly recommend taking this class when in Bangkok! read less

I am also glad to know that the meat bought is halal. Do indicate for halal dietary when signing up. The hands on preparation and cooking is truly indeed a great learning experience. It was a bit cramp to cook in the kitchen because there were quite a number of us. Nevertheless, all of us enjoyed the cooking and eating sessions. read less
