As a Thai student living abroad, it would be better to be able to cook Thai food when you are away from home. So I decided to take a cooking class here when I came back during a break and that was really worth. I learned to cook a lot of dishes, especially Tom-Yum-Goong which is my favorite one. The instructor, Phim, is very kind and friendly. Also, the class is enjoyable and very diverse with all ethnicities so I would recommend everyone to come here. read less

I spent a great morning starting with market shopping then on to the kitchen to cook 5 superb Thai dishes. Pim is well organised and passionate about her food. Her tips along the way were invaluable (and her English language skills excellent). The kitchen is modern and well equipped and Pim herself is professional and engaging. It’s so easy to learn to cook every dishes because Mimi not only explain the steps in detail , but also follow up with each student working purposes to make sure everyone can make a delicious food.

All food and Vegetables are coming with fresh so no need to worry about the cleaning problem.

We booked last minute the night before we were leaving and they were able to accommodate us for the next morning. We skipped the market due to our own logistics issues and went directly to the school. Ticha & her team provided excellent training! We enjoyed learning about the ingredients and methods that go into cooking Thai food. They also agreed to send us the recipes that we made. Great time!

The class began with a stroll through a nearby market full of fresh fruits, vegetables and fish. We stopped at multiple locations to learn about the ingredients we would be using. The class itself was run by a very knowledgable and sweet instructor. We made 4 delicious dishes and received recipes to take home with us to reference later. I am also glad to know that the meat bought is halal. Do indicate for halal dietary when signing up. The hands on preparation and cooking is truly indeed a great learning experience. It was a bit cramp to cook in the kitchen because there were quite a number of us. Nevertheless, all of us enjoyed the cooking and eating sessions. read less
