Pim and her team are incredibly organized and made the experience fun and educational. We started in a local market and received a great lesson on different fruits, vegetable and spices. From there we took tuk tuks to the school and had a nice appetizer of local fruits.

I learned so much about traditional Thai cooking and I will take what I learned back home and make it my own!!!

I spent a great morning starting with market shopping then on to the kitchen to cook 5 superb Thai dishes. Pim is well organised and passionate about her food. Her tips along the way were invaluable (and her English language skills excellent). The kitchen is modern and well equipped and Pim herself is professional and engaging. Our host, Alex, was knowledgeable and personable. We enjoyed learning about and picking up key ingredients in the market, riding a tuk tuk to the school, and preparing pad Thai, lemongrass salad, green curry, and mango sticky rice. 10/10 highly recommended. The class began with a stroll through a nearby market full of fresh fruits, vegetables and fish. We stopped at multiple locations to learn about the ingredients we would be using. The class itself was run by a very knowledgable and sweet instructor. We made 4 delicious dishes and received recipes to take home with us to reference later. I am also glad to know that the meat bought is halal. Do indicate for halal dietary when signing up. The hands on preparation and cooking is truly indeed a great learning experience. It was a bit cramp to cook in the kitchen because there were quite a number of us. Nevertheless, all of us enjoyed the cooking and eating sessions. read less
