First because we were a small group, secondly because the other students were great and finally because the teacher and the class was very good. The teacher taught us very well step by step. She is a little playful in the good way. I was pleased to learn how to cook the dishes that I already tasted during my stay in Thailand. So Thank you very much! I just need to practice at home and hope that the taste would be the same or better. read less

After getting ingredients at the largest wet market in Bangkok, we went back to the roomy and comfortable studio by tuktuk (live dangerously). Pim was so, so sweet and funny and made the class interesting and fun. The food was so delicious and we had such a great time learning to cook the 5 dishes for ourselves (tip: come on an empty stomach, no joke!!). I wish we could take the class again.

Pim took special care to accomodate for me being vegetarian, too!

I cannot recommend this enough for everyone. Please, please, please. You will not regret!! read less

The class itself was run by a very knowledgable and sweet instructor. We made 4 delicious dishes and received recipes to take home with us to reference later. Ticha did a fantastic job today 🙂 my friends and I has such a fun time! We missed the market section in the beginning because of traffic, but that was fine. The food was amazing (who knew we were that good at cooking? ?). The facilities were nice and the staff was very friends. We booked last minute the night before we were leaving and they were able to accommodate us for the next morning. We skipped the market due to our own logistics issues and went directly to the school. Ticha & her team provided excellent training! I am also glad to know that the meat bought is halal. Do indicate for halal dietary when signing up. The hands on preparation and cooking is truly indeed a great learning experience. It was a bit cramp to cook in the kitchen because there were quite a number of us. Nevertheless, all of us enjoyed the cooking and eating sessions. read less
