First because we were a small group, secondly because the other students were great and finally because the teacher and the class was very good. The teacher taught us very well step by step. She is a little playful in the good way. I was pleased to learn how to cook the dishes that I already tasted during my stay in Thailand. So Thank you very much! She laughed with us, but most importantly she helped us create some of the tastiest food I had during my trip. I felt knowledgeable about the ingredients used by the end of our experience. We booked last minute the night before we were leaving and they were able to accommodate us for the next morning. We skipped the market due to our own logistics issues and went directly to the school. Ticha & her team provided excellent training! The class began with a stroll through a nearby market full of fresh fruits, vegetables and fish. We stopped at multiple locations to learn about the ingredients we would be using. The class itself was run by a very knowledgable and sweet instructor. We made 4 delicious dishes and received recipes to take home with us to reference later. I am also glad to know that the meat bought is halal. Do indicate for halal dietary when signing up. The hands on preparation and cooking is truly indeed a great learning experience. It was a bit cramp to cook in the kitchen because there were quite a number of us. Nevertheless, all of us enjoyed the cooking and eating sessions. read less

Ticha did a fantastic job today 🙂 my friends and I has such a fun time! We missed the market section in the beginning because of traffic, but that was fine. The food was amazing (who knew we were that good at cooking? ?). The facilities were nice and the staff was very friends. Would 100% recommend for anyone interested in the food you are eating 🙂 read less
