Our guide clearly explained all the ingredients and I learned so much (plus, we got to eat fruits and desserts!). The cooking experience was incredible - everything was well-organized, structured, clean, well-explained. Super friendly staff and the other attendees were nice too! We made soup, red curry, papaya salad, pad Thai, and sticky rice with mango. I felt so happy and relaxed the whole time - I learned so much about Thai cuisine and all the delicious flavors that go into dishes!!! I would recommend this experience to anyone who visits Thailand! read less

Our teacher, Alex, spoke English well and knew what he was doing in the kitchen - he is young, but has been cooking for over 8 years. All the dishes were delicious! My wife loved the Tom Yum Goong (pic #1) and Pad Thai (pic #2). My favorite was the Panang Curry with Chicken (pic #3). At first it seems like the portions are small, but we were both full at the end of the class! We did an afternoon session, so no market tour, but we did make Mango roses with our sticky rice for dessert (pic #4). We would both highly recommend this class if visiting Bangkok! read less

Everyone had a great time visiting the local market & learning how to cook Thai classics at Chef Pim's lovely little set-up in Khlong Toei.

Beautiful presentation skills throughout, great explanations and a really professional experience in the kitchen.

The food was amazing (who knew we were that good at cooking? ?). The facilities were nice and the staff was very friends. I am also glad to know that the meat bought is halal. Do indicate for halal dietary when signing up. The hands on preparation and cooking is truly indeed a great learning experience. It was a bit cramp to cook in the kitchen because there were quite a number of us. Nevertheless, all of us enjoyed the cooking and eating sessions. read less
