I strongly recommend to the person who is just like me. The class starts from meeting at local market and buying some ingredients needed for class. After that learned cooking at "House of Taste". The teacher used English and also kind. My teacher "Pim" was a very kind person and also had great cooking skills.

Anyway it was a great experience and memory at Thailand. read less

Great explanation about all the food and it's very hands on - you get to do a lot of stuff yourself. We booked last minute the night before we were leaving and they were able to accommodate us for the next morning. We skipped the market due to our own logistics issues and went directly to the school. Ticha & her team provided excellent training! I am also glad to know that the meat bought is halal. Do indicate for halal dietary when signing up. The hands on preparation and cooking is truly indeed a great learning experience. It was a bit cramp to cook in the kitchen because there were quite a number of us. Nevertheless, all of us enjoyed the cooking and eating sessions. read less
