We went to a local market and our cooking class teacher, Pim, showed us the local vegetables and fruits to us. Then we backed to the cooking school to cook a 5-courses meal, including my favourite mango sticky rice!! Pim was extremely patient and taught us many cooking skills. As a Thai student living abroad, it would be better to be able to cook Thai food when you are away from home. So I decided to take a cooking class here when I came back during a break and that was really worth. I learned to cook a lot of dishes, especially Tom-Yum-Goong which is my favorite one. The instructor, Phim, is very kind and friendly. Also, the class is enjoyable and very diverse with all ethnicities so I would recommend everyone to come here. read less

Our teacher Pim was very funny and friendly and helped us make five of my favorite Thai dishes: A coconut soup, fried spring rolls, pad thai, green curry, and mango sticky rice! Don’t worry, the portions are the perfect size so you have enough room for everything :). I loved the bowls and I felt like we all actually learned enough to be able to replicate it at home. We booked last minute the night before we were leaving and they were able to accommodate us for the next morning. We skipped the market due to our own logistics issues and went directly to the school. Ticha & her team provided excellent training! I am also glad to know that the meat bought is halal. Do indicate for halal dietary when signing up. The hands on preparation and cooking is truly indeed a great learning experience. It was a bit cramp to cook in the kitchen because there were quite a number of us. Nevertheless, all of us enjoyed the cooking and eating sessions. read less

The class began with a stroll through a nearby market full of fresh fruits, vegetables and fish. We stopped at multiple locations to learn about the ingredients we would be using. The class itself was run by a very knowledgable and sweet instructor. We made 4 delicious dishes and received recipes to take home with us to reference later. Highly recommend taking this class when in Bangkok! read less
