Our teacher and the rest of the staff were so helpful and a lot of fun and we ended up making friends with a lot of the other class members. Pim and her team are incredibly organized and made the experience fun and educational. We started in a local market and received a great lesson on different fruits, vegetable and spices. From there we took tuk tuks to the school and had a nice appetizer of local fruits.

I learned so much about traditional Thai cooking and I will take what I learned back home and make it my own!!!

It’s so easy to learn to cook every dishes because Mimi not only explain the steps in detail , but also follow up with each student working purposes to make sure everyone can make a delicious food.

All food and Vegetables are coming with fresh so no need to worry about the cleaning problem.

All in all,everything is good because the teachers will look after all of us.If u wanna have a unforgettable experience on Thai food cooking with confidence, romance and fun, this class u can’t miss.

We booked last minute the night before we were leaving and they were able to accommodate us for the next morning. We skipped the market due to our own logistics issues and went directly to the school. Ticha & her team provided excellent training! I am also glad to know that the meat bought is halal. Do indicate for halal dietary when signing up. The hands on preparation and cooking is truly indeed a great learning experience. It was a bit cramp to cook in the kitchen because there were quite a number of us. Nevertheless, all of us enjoyed the cooking and eating sessions. read less

Our host, Alex, was knowledgeable and personable. We enjoyed learning about and picking up key ingredients in the market, riding a tuk tuk to the school, and preparing pad Thai, lemongrass salad, green curry, and mango sticky rice. 10/10 highly recommended.
