The way she handled the class, kept it interactive, made the presentation of the food so instagrammable, surely differentiates her from all other cooking classes in Bangkok. We booked through Airbnb and we definitely got our money's worth and more. We made 5 meals, the most popular in Thailand, from my knowledge, and all were delicious! I recommend fasting before the class, you will be extremely full by dessert - we were still full throughout the day! We booked last minute the night before we were leaving and they were able to accommodate us for the next morning. We skipped the market due to our own logistics issues and went directly to the school. Ticha & her team provided excellent training! Our host, Alex, was knowledgeable and personable. We enjoyed learning about and picking up key ingredients in the market, riding a tuk tuk to the school, and preparing pad Thai, lemongrass salad, green curry, and mango sticky rice. 10/10 highly recommended.
