Pim made thai cooking more accessible for us, as prior to the class thai cooking seemed complicated. However, as each dish was taught from start to finish, thai cooking became within our reach. After each dish, we were able to dine and enjoy. We made a total of 5 dishes from start to finish. The class began with a stroll through a nearby market full of fresh fruits, vegetables and fish. We stopped at multiple locations to learn about the ingredients we would be using. The class itself was run by a very knowledgable and sweet instructor. We made 4 delicious dishes and received recipes to take home with us to reference later. Highly recommend taking this class when in Bangkok! read less

We booked last minute the night before we were leaving and they were able to accommodate us for the next morning. We skipped the market due to our own logistics issues and went directly to the school. Ticha & her team provided excellent training!
