They do a great job providing directions, information and great flexibility with allergies. Aside from the amazingly great tasting recipes, the staff and cooks who teach the class are so energetic, funny, and patient. This class is all around worth it. Our teacher, Alex, spoke English well and knew what he was doing in the kitchen - he is young, but has been cooking for over 8 years. All the dishes were delicious! My wife loved the Tom Yum Goong (pic #1) and Pad Thai (pic #2). My favorite was the Panang Curry with Chicken (pic #3). At first it seems like the portions are small, but we were both full at the end of the class! We did an afternoon session, so no market tour, but we did make Mango roses with our sticky rice for dessert (pic #4). We would both highly recommend this class if visiting Bangkok! read less

We booked at the last minute, and then we were late arriving to class due to travel issues. Pim was so accommodating and welcoming!

We joined the afternoon cooking class, where Pim talked to us about the different Thai spices and ingredients and what we could substitute for them once we return home. We were able to make (and then devour!) five different Thai dishes under Pim's tutelage and with her encouragement.

This was easily one of the best things we've done in Thailand; could not recommend it more! So looking forward to treating family and friends to these dishes. read less

I am also glad to know that the meat bought is halal. Do indicate for halal dietary when signing up. The hands on preparation and cooking is truly indeed a great learning experience. It was a bit cramp to cook in the kitchen because there were quite a number of us. Nevertheless, all of us enjoyed the cooking and eating sessions. read less

Our host, Alex, was knowledgeable and personable. We enjoyed learning about and picking up key ingredients in the market, riding a tuk tuk to the school, and preparing pad Thai, lemongrass salad, green curry, and mango sticky rice. 10/10 highly recommended. The class began with a stroll through a nearby market full of fresh fruits, vegetables and fish. We stopped at multiple locations to learn about the ingredients we would be using. The class itself was run by a very knowledgable and sweet instructor. We made 4 delicious dishes and received recipes to take home with us to reference later. Highly recommend taking this class when in Bangkok! read less
