First because we were a small group, secondly because the other students were great and finally because the teacher and the class was very good. The teacher taught us very well step by step. She is a little playful in the good way. I was pleased to learn how to cook the dishes that I already tasted during my stay in Thailand. So Thank you very much! I just need to practice at home and hope that the taste would be the same or better. read less

Pim was so, so sweet and funny and made the class interesting and fun. The food was so delicious and we had such a great time learning to cook the 5 dishes for ourselves (tip: come on an empty stomach, no joke!!). I wish we could take the class again.

Pim took special care to accomodate for me being vegetarian, too!

I cannot recommend this enough for everyone. Please, please, please. You will not regret!! read less

I spent a great morning starting with market shopping then on to the kitchen to cook 5 superb Thai dishes. Pim is well organised and passionate about her food. Her tips along the way were invaluable (and her English language skills excellent). The kitchen is modern and well equipped and Pim herself is professional and engaging. My husband, who does not cook, came along to eat the food and Pim was very welcoming. I highly recommend this experience. read less

We learned how to cook 5 dishes--tom yum soup, pad thai, papaya salad, red curry, mango sticky rice. Everything was super delicious! Even better than what we had tried at the restaurants and street food. The instructor is really nice, funny and speaks many languages! I'd highly recommend this class! read less

Our host, Alex, was knowledgeable and personable. We enjoyed learning about and picking up key ingredients in the market, riding a tuk tuk to the school, and preparing pad Thai, lemongrass salad, green curry, and mango sticky rice. 10/10 highly recommended. The class began with a stroll through a nearby market full of fresh fruits, vegetables and fish. We stopped at multiple locations to learn about the ingredients we would be using. The class itself was run by a very knowledgable and sweet instructor. We made 4 delicious dishes and received recipes to take home with us to reference later.
