The visit to the local market to buy the ingredients was made all the better by our chef telling us about the different fruit, vegetables, herbs and spices being sold.

Back at the cookery school, which was air conditioned, we prepared, cooked and ate each of the four course under the supervision of our chef (Alex).

Most definitely one of our highlights of our time in Bangkok a would most definitely recommend the experience. read less

Pim the instructor is super fun and humorous. There's always laughter in the class. You should definitely try it if you are coming to this place. You won't regret it.

Everyone had a great time visiting the local market & learning how to cook Thai classics at Chef Pim's lovely little set-up in Khlong Toei.

Beautiful presentation skills throughout, great explanations and a really professional experience in the kitchen.

Loved it & would highly recommend cooking with Pim & team. Thank you again for the fun morning. Can't wait to cook the Pad Thai at home! read less

Techa (apologies for my spelling Teacher) covered the preparation and cooking of the dishes very well. I would highly recommend this as a worthwhile thing to do in Bangkok. read less

We booked last minute the night before we were leaving and they were able to accommodate us for the next morning. We skipped the market due to our own logistics issues and went directly to the school. Ticha & her team provided excellent training! The class itself was run by a very knowledgable and sweet instructor. We made 4 delicious dishes and received recipes to take home with us to reference later. Our host, Alex, was knowledgeable and personable. We enjoyed learning about and picking up key ingredients in the market, riding a tuk tuk to the school, and preparing pad Thai, lemongrass salad, green curry, and mango sticky rice. 10/10 highly recommended. The food was amazing (who knew we were that good at cooking? ?). The facilities were nice and the staff was very friends.
