First she showed us around the very busy market, which was very interesting! I learned about many new spices, fruits and vegetables and saw and smelled many new things!

After the tuktuk-ride back to the school (which was pretty fun) we started cooking many different dishes, most of which i forgot the names of. They all tasted amazing, espescially since we got to prepare them ourselves!

I really reccommend this class to anyone interested in thai food and cuisine! read less

We booked last minute the night before we were leaving and they were able to accommodate us for the next morning. We skipped the market due to our own logistics issues and went directly to the school. Ticha & her team provided excellent training! The class itself was run by a very knowledgable and sweet instructor. We made 4 delicious dishes and received recipes to take home with us to reference later. Our host, Alex, was knowledgeable and personable. We enjoyed learning about and picking up key ingredients in the market, riding a tuk tuk to the school, and preparing pad Thai, lemongrass salad, green curry, and mango sticky rice. 10/10 highly recommended. I am also glad to know that the meat bought is halal. Do indicate for halal dietary when signing up. The hands on preparation and cooking is truly indeed a great learning experience. It was a bit cramp to cook in the kitchen because there were quite a number of us. Nevertheless, all of us enjoyed the cooking and eating sessions. read less
