I strongly recommend to the person who is just like me. The class starts from meeting at local market and buying some ingredients needed for class. After that learned cooking at "House of Taste". The teacher used English and also kind. My teacher "Pim" was a very kind person and also had great cooking skills.

Anyway it was a great experience and memory at Thailand. read less

Pim made thai cooking more accessible for us, as prior to the class thai cooking seemed complicated. However, as each dish was taught from start to finish, thai cooking became within our reach. After each dish, we were able to dine and enjoy. We made a total of 5 dishes from start to finish. The class began with a stroll through a nearby market full of fresh fruits, vegetables and fish. We stopped at multiple locations to learn about the ingredients we would be using. The class itself was run by a very knowledgable and sweet instructor. We made 4 delicious dishes and received recipes to take home with us to reference later. Our host, Alex, was knowledgeable and personable. We enjoyed learning about and picking up key ingredients in the market, riding a tuk tuk to the school, and preparing pad Thai, lemongrass salad, green curry, and mango sticky rice. 10/10 highly recommended. We booked last minute the night before we were leaving and they were able to accommodate us for the next morning. We skipped the market due to our own logistics issues and went directly to the school. Ticha & her team provided excellent training! I am also glad to know that the meat bought is halal. Do indicate for halal dietary when signing up. The hands on preparation and cooking is truly indeed a great learning experience. It was a bit cramp to cook in the kitchen because there were quite a number of us. Nevertheless, all of us enjoyed the cooking and eating sessions. read less
