I was in foodie heaven here, what a great intro do cooking Thai food! Our teacher Pim was very funny and friendly and helped us make five of my favorite Thai dishes: A coconut soup, fried spring rolls, pad thai, green curry, and mango sticky rice! Don’t worry, the portions are the perfect size so you have enough room for everything :). I loved the bowls and I felt like we all actually learned enough to be able to replicate it at home. Well Organised, Great Atmosphere Went to a few different Thai cooking classes in Bangkok, this was the best one, although was the most difficult... read moreWent to a few different Thai cooking classes in Bangkok, this was the best one, although was the most difficult one to find (my class was the afternoon one, so meeting point is at the school instead of the train station).

Facility (decoration, trays and bowls they use, etc) was really good, the teacher is very experienced, she knows how to work the crowd and get a good atmosphere going.

Compared with the two advantages I just mentioned, the food is actually something they should improve on, it's still good, but not excellent.

Overall a very good experience to have. If cooking classes are something you're looking for in Bangkok, I definitely recommend this one. read less

It’s so easy to learn to cook every dishes because Mimi not only explain the steps in detail , but also follow up with each student working purposes to make sure everyone can make a delicious food.

All food and Vegetables are coming with fresh so no need to worry about the cleaning problem.

All in all,everything is good because the teachers will look after all of us.If u wanna have a unforgettable experience on Thai food cooking with confidence, romance and fun, this class u can’t miss.

教我煮食ge老師，Mimi操流利英語，所以溝通上唔係一個問題。每道菜都非常容易地學，因為Mimi會詳細解釋每道菜ge煮法和用途，並且會跟進每位學生情況，確保每位學生都能夠煮出一道美味佳餚。

所有食物和材料都很新鮮，所以唔需要過份擔心衛生問題。

The food was amazing (who knew we were that good at cooking? ?). The facilities were nice and the staff was very friends. I am also glad to know that the meat bought is halal. Do indicate for halal dietary when signing up. The hands on preparation and cooking is truly indeed a great learning experience. It was a bit cramp to cook in the kitchen because there were quite a number of us. Nevertheless, all of us enjoyed the cooking and eating sessions. read less
