The visit to the local market to buy the ingredients was made all the better by our chef telling us about the different fruit, vegetables, herbs and spices being sold.

Back at the cookery school, which was air conditioned, we prepared, cooked and ate each of the four course under the supervision of our chef (Alex).

Most definitely one of our highlights of our time in Bangkok a would most definitely recommend the experience. read less

First because we were a small group, secondly because the other students were great and finally because the teacher and the class was very good. The teacher taught us very well step by step. She is a little playful in the good way. I was pleased to learn how to cook the dishes that I already tasted during my stay in Thailand. So Thank you very much! I just need to practice at home and hope that the taste would be the same or better. read less

Our host, Alex, was knowledgeable and personable. The class began with a stroll through a nearby market full of fresh fruits, vegetables and fish. We stopped at multiple locations to learn about the ingredients we would be using. The class itself was run by a very knowledgable and sweet instructor. We made 4 delicious dishes and received recipes to take home with us to reference later. Highly recommend taking this class when in Bangkok! read less
