She laughed with us, but most importantly she helped us create some of the tastiest food I had during my trip. I felt knowledgeable about the ingredients used by the end of our experience. I can’t wait to try the recipes on my own.

We learned how to cook 5 dishes--tom yum soup, pad thai, papaya salad, red curry, mango sticky rice. Everything was super delicious! Even better than what we had tried at the restaurants and street food. The instructor is really nice, funny and speaks many languages! I'd highly recommend this class! read less

Nice market tour with plenty of explanations for the ingredients, though I could have walked around longer, but of course it was about the cooking.p

The class was hosted in a nicely decorated and very clean school and contained preparation of 5 delicious dishes with fresh ingredients guided by lovely chef Pim. We were just 5 people, so enough space, time and explanations. I really enjoyed it and had lots of fun aside from the tasty and plenty food! Then we backed to the cooking school to cook a 5-courses meal, including my favourite mango sticky rice!! Pim was extremely patient and taught us many cooking skills. Our teacher, Alex, spoke English well and knew what he was doing in the kitchen - he is young, but has been cooking for over 8 years. All the dishes were delicious! My wife loved the Tom Yum Goong (pic #1) and Pad Thai (pic #2). My favorite was the Panang Curry with Chicken (pic #3). At first it seems like the portions are small, but we were both full at the end of the class! We did an afternoon session, so no market tour, but we did make Mango roses with our sticky rice for dessert (pic #4). We would both highly recommend this class if visiting Bangkok! read less

I am also glad to know that the meat bought is halal. Do indicate for halal dietary when signing up. The hands on preparation and cooking is truly indeed a great learning experience. It was a bit cramp to cook in the kitchen because there were quite a number of us. Nevertheless, all of us enjoyed the cooking and eating sessions. read less

Our host, Alex, was knowledgeable and personable. The class began with a stroll through a nearby market full of fresh fruits, vegetables and fish. We stopped at multiple locations to learn about the ingredients we would be using. The class itself was run by a very knowledgable and sweet instructor. We made 4 delicious dishes and received recipes to take home with us to reference later.
