They do a great job providing directions, information and great flexibility with allergies. Aside from the amazingly great tasting recipes, the staff and cooks who teach the class are so energetic, funny, and patient. This class is all around worth it. Pim was so, so sweet and funny and made the class interesting and fun. The food was so delicious and we had such a great time learning to cook the 5 dishes for ourselves (tip: come on an empty stomach, no joke!!). I wish we could take the class again.

Pim took special care to accomodate for me being vegetarian, too!

I cannot recommend this enough for everyone. Please, please, please. You will not regret!! read less

I am also glad to know that the meat bought is halal. Do indicate for halal dietary when signing up. The hands on preparation and cooking is truly indeed a great learning experience. It was a bit cramp to cook in the kitchen because there were quite a number of us. Nevertheless, all of us enjoyed the cooking and eating sessions. read less

We booked last minute the night before we were leaving and they were able to accommodate us for the next morning. We skipped the market due to our own logistics issues and went directly to the school. Ticha & her team provided excellent training! The food was amazing (who knew we were that good at cooking? ?). The facilities were nice and the staff was very friends.
