We got to experience the market where we learned about the different ingredients and picked some up before heading to the school. Prim was so fun as an instructor showing us so many life hacks we didn't know we could use in the kitchen! We made 5 courses and they were all delicious. Everything seemed so easy to do. I would definitely recommend people to try this out and it's a blast, whether you are alone or with friends. read less

The class began with a stroll through a nearby market full of fresh fruits, vegetables and fish. We stopped at multiple locations to learn about the ingredients we would be using. The class itself was run by a very knowledgable and sweet instructor. We made 4 delicious dishes and received recipes to take home with us to reference later. We booked last minute the night before we were leaving and they were able to accommodate us for the next morning. We skipped the market due to our own logistics issues and went directly to the school. Ticha & her team provided excellent training! Ticha did a fantastic job today 🙂 my friends and I has such a fun time! We missed the market section in the beginning because of traffic, but that was fine. The food was amazing (who knew we were that good at cooking? ?). The facilities were nice and the staff was very friends.
