They also allowed my mom... read moreOn a weekday for an afternoon class, I was the only one taking the class. They also allowed my mom who was traveling with me to stay and watch (and help eat all the food, which was more than necessary!) without an extra charge. The location is a bit hard to find and a nice thai man on a scooter in the neighborhood gave me and my mom a ride:)

I forget the name of the girl that did the class but her English was perfect and her having lived in the US helped inform me if what ingradients I will and will not be able to find once back in the US. We cooked 4 different dishes including the dessert and boy, all of the dishes tasted sooo good!! The pad thai I made was the best pad thai I had in Bangkok 🙂 All the ingradients were so fresh and the teacher gave easy and clear instructions. There was so much food and you eat after you cook each dis, so do come with an empty stomach, dont eat a big breakfast like we did!!

I strongly recommend to the person who is just like me. The class starts from meeting at local market and buying some ingredients needed for class. After that learned cooking at "House of Taste". The teacher used English and also kind. My teacher "Pim" was a very kind person and also had great cooking skills.

Pim was so, so sweet and funny and made the class interesting and fun. The food was so delicious and we had such a great time learning to cook the 5 dishes for ourselves (tip: come on an empty stomach, no joke!!). I wish we could take the class again.

Pim took special care to accomodate for me being vegetarian, too!

I cannot recommend this enough for everyone. Please, please, please. You will not regret!! read less

As a Thai student living abroad, it would be better to be able to cook Thai food when you are away from home. So I decided to take a cooking class here when I came back during a break and that was really worth. I learned to cook a lot of dishes, especially Tom-Yum-Goong which is my favorite one. The instructor, Phim, is very kind and friendly. Also, the class is enjoyable and very diverse with all ethnicities so I would recommend everyone to come here. read less

Pim was such a great teacher and hilarious. The way she handled the class, kept it interactive, made the presentation of the food so instagrammable, surely differentiates her from all other cooking classes in Bangkok. We booked through Airbnb and we definitely got our money's worth and more. We made 5 meals, the most popular in Thailand, from my knowledge, and all were delicious! I recommend fasting before the class, you will be extremely full by dessert - we were still full throughout the day! I am also glad to know that the meat bought is halal. Do indicate for halal dietary when signing up. The hands on preparation and cooking is truly indeed a great learning experience. It was a bit cramp to cook in the kitchen because there were quite a number of us. Nevertheless, all of us enjoyed the cooking and eating sessions. read less

We skipped the market due to our own logistics issues and went directly to the school. Ticha & her team provided excellent training! The class began with a stroll through a nearby market full of fresh fruits, vegetables and fish. We stopped at multiple locations to learn about the ingredients we would be using. The class itself was run by a very knowledgable and sweet instructor. We made 4 delicious dishes and received recipes to take home with us to reference later.
