The visit to the local market to buy the ingredients was made all the better by our chef telling us about the different fruit, vegetables, herbs and spices being sold.

Back at the cookery school, which was air conditioned, we prepared, cooked and ate each of the four course under the supervision of our chef (Alex).

Most definitely one of our highlights of our time in Bangkok a would most definitely recommend the experience. read less

I enjoyed the market visit very much and we have enough time to go round and talk about the Thailand’s spices . Tuk-tuk drive from market to the cooking house was a nice surprise. Because I was the only one wich came that morning a enjoyed almoust a privat cooking morning. I get all the information and help to cook that delicious Thai dishes! Highly recommended!!! read less

Pim made thai cooking more accessible for us, as prior to the class thai cooking seemed complicated. However, as each dish was taught from start to finish, thai cooking became within our reach. After each dish, we were able to dine and enjoy. We made a total of 5 dishes from start to finish. In addition, we were provided mangosteen, rambutan, jackfruit and water as we waited for the class to begin. read less

We booked last minute the night before we were leaving and they were able to accommodate us for the next morning. We skipped the market due to our own logistics issues and went directly to the school. Ticha & her team provided excellent training! The class began with a stroll through a nearby market full of fresh fruits, vegetables and fish. We stopped at multiple locations to learn about the ingredients we would be using. The class itself was run by a very knowledgable and sweet instructor. We made 4 delicious dishes and received recipes to take home with us to reference later. Ticha did a fantastic job today 🙂 my friends and I has such a fun time! We missed the market section in the beginning because of traffic, but that was fine. The food was amazing (who knew we were that good at cooking? ?). The facilities were nice and the staff was very friends. I am also glad to know that the meat bought is halal. Do indicate for halal dietary when signing up. The hands on preparation and cooking is truly indeed a great learning experience. It was a bit cramp to cook in the kitchen because there were quite a number of us. Nevertheless, all of us enjoyed the cooking and eating sessions. read less
