I decide to choose this school because of good opinions and I was'nt disappointed. Our chef was charismatic with sence of humor. During class I taste many exotic fruits and cook 4 dishes. The food was amazing (who knew we were that good at cooking? ?). The facilities were nice and the staff was very friends. Our host, Alex, was knowledgeable and personable. We enjoyed learning about and picking up key ingredients in the market, riding a tuk tuk to the school, and preparing pad Thai, lemongrass salad, green curry, and mango sticky rice. 10/10 highly recommended. The class began with a stroll through a nearby market full of fresh fruits, vegetables and fish. We stopped at multiple locations to learn about the ingredients we would be using. The class itself was run by a very knowledgable and sweet instructor. We made 4 delicious dishes and received recipes to take home with us to reference later.
