The class itself was run by a very knowledgable and sweet instructor. We made 4 delicious dishes and received recipes to take home with us to reference later. We booked last minute the night before we were leaving and they were able to accommodate us for the next morning. We skipped the market due to our own logistics issues and went directly to the school. Ticha & her team provided excellent training! Our host, Alex, was knowledgeable and personable. We enjoyed learning about and picking up key ingredients in the market, riding a tuk tuk to the school, and preparing pad Thai, lemongrass salad, green curry, and mango sticky rice. 10/10 highly recommended. The food was amazing (who knew we were that good at cooking? ?). The facilities were nice and the staff was very friends.
