This 3.5 hours course includes local market tour and 99% hands-on cooking experience of 4 Thai dishes. Each student will have his/her own cooking equipment and station. Explore fresh market, where you shop for fresh ingredients before you cook them. You will see local community and learn about Thai exotic ingredients, including vegetables, spices, and herbs. Cook and dine 4 authentic Thai dishes made by your own. The cooking class will be conducted in an air-conditioned space. Go back with full stomach and standard recipe, which will be sent by a follow-up email.
