JOINED CLASS

This 3.5 hours course includes local market tour and 99% hands-on cooking experience of 4 Thai dishes. Explore fresh market, where you shop for fresh ingredients. You will see local community and learn about Thai exotic ingredients, including herbs, spices, and vegetables. Cook and dine 4 authentic Thai dishes made by your own. Each student will have his/her own cooking equipment and station. The cooking class will be conducted in an air-conditioned space. This exciting course is the perfect way to explore the traditions of Thai food and prepare you for all skills and knowledge needed to prepare the mouth-watering dishes at home.
