I strongly recommend to the person who is just like me. The class starts from meeting at local market and buying some ingredients needed for class. After that learned cooking at "House of Taste". The teacher used English and also kind. My teacher "Pim" was a very kind person and also had great cooking skills.

Anyway it was a great experience and memory at Thailand. read less

Facility (decoration, trays and bowls they use, etc) was really good, the teacher is very experienced, she knows how to work the crowd and get a good atmosphere going.

Compared with the two advantages I just mentioned, the food is actually something they should improve on, it's still good, but not excellent.

Overall a very good experience to have. If cooking classes are something you're looking for in Bangkok, I definitely recommend this one. read less

I was in foodie heaven here, what a great intro do cooking Thai food! Our teacher Pim was very funny and friendly and helped us make five of my favorite Thai dishes: A coconut soup, fried spring rolls, pad thai, green curry, and mango sticky rice! Don’t worry, the portions are the perfect size so you have enough room for everything :). I loved the bowls and I felt like we all actually learned enough to be able to replicate it at home. They do a great job providing directions, information and great flexibility with allergies. Aside from the amazingly great tasting recipes, the staff and cooks who teach the class are so energetic, funny, and patient. This class is all around worth it. The class began with a stroll through a nearby market full of fresh fruits, vegetables and fish. We stopped at multiple locations to learn about the ingredients we would be using. The class itself was run by a very knowledgable and sweet instructor. We made 4 delicious dishes and received recipes to take home with us to reference later. Our host, Alex, was knowledgeable and personable. We enjoyed learning about and picking up key ingredients in the market, riding a tuk tuk to the school, and preparing pad Thai, lemongrass salad, green curry, and mango sticky rice. 10/10 highly recommended.
