We booked at the last minute, and then we were late arriving to class due to travel issues. Pim was so accommodating and welcoming!

We joined the afternoon cooking class, where Pim talked to us about the different Thai spices and ingredients and what we could substitute for them once we return home. We were able to make (and then devour!) five different Thai dishes under Pim's tutelage and with her encouragement.

This was easily one of the best things we've done in Thailand; could not recommend it more! So looking forward to treating family and friends to these dishes. read less

I enjoyed the market visit very much and we have enough time to go round and talk about the Thailand’s spices . Tuk-tuk drive from market to the cooking house was a nice surprise. Pim was such a great teacher and hilarious. The way she handled the class, kept it interactive, made the presentation of the food so instagrammable, surely differentiates her from all other cooking classes in Bangkok. We booked through Airbnb and we definitely got our money's worth and more. We made 5 meals, the most popular in Thailand, from my knowledge, and all were delicious! I recommend fasting before the class, you will be extremely full by dessert - we were still full throughout the day! You do not need any cooking experience for this class, Pim guides you all the way through. A must do in Bangkok! read less

I am also glad to know that the meat bought is halal. Do indicate for halal dietary when signing up. The hands on preparation and cooking is truly indeed a great learning experience. It was a bit cramp to cook in the kitchen because there were quite a number of us. Nevertheless, all of us enjoyed the cooking and eating sessions. read less

We booked last minute the night before we were leaving and they were able to accommodate us for the next morning. We skipped the market due to our own logistics issues and went directly to the school. Ticha & her team provided excellent training! Our host, Alex, was knowledgeable and personable. We enjoyed learning about and picking up key ingredients in the market, riding a tuk tuk to the school, and preparing pad Thai, lemongrass salad, green curry, and mango sticky rice. 10/10 highly recommended.
