This 3.5 hours course includes local market tour and 99% hands-on cooking experience of 4 Thai dishes. Explore fresh market, where you shop for fresh ingredients. You will see local community and learn about Thai exotic ingredients, including herbs, spices, and vegetables. Cook and dine 4 authentic Thai dishes made by your own. Each student will have his/her own cooking equipment and station. The cooking class will be conducted in an air-conditioned space. This exciting course is the perfect way to explore the traditions of Thai food and prepare you for all skills and knowledge needed to prepare the mouth-watering dishes at home.

与家人,朋友,公司或组织合作比共同烹饪没有更好的活动。您可以在20多道菜中选出您喜欢的菜单,教练会介绍充满异国情调泰国的食材 比如:泰国菜、香料和香草。房间是空调房,边学边吃,而且还能比赛拿奖品,为大家提供友好又有趣的活动。结束后还可以通过邮件发送食品配方给您。

Wannabe a Master Chef? Join us as a padawan, become a jedi. This course is designed for those desiring intensive one-on-one training. Learn from basics to advanced Thai culinary skills. Select as many dishes as you want, take as many days/weeks as you wish. The cooking class will be conducted in an air-conditioned space. We’ll provide the standard recipe by a follow-up email.
