Our guide clearly explained all the ingredients and I learned so much (plus, we got to eat fruits and desserts!). The cooking experience was incredible - everything was well-organized, structured, clean, well-explained. Super friendly staff and the other attendees were nice too! We made soup, red curry, papaya salad, pad Thai, and sticky rice with mango. I felt so happy and relaxed the whole time - I learned so much about Thai cuisine and all the delicious flavors that go into dishes!!! I would recommend this experience to anyone who visits Thailand! read less

The whole experience was perfectly organized beginning with a fun trip to the market and then a quick tuk-tuk ride over to the kitchen. I actually had a bad headache when we took the class but our cooking instructor was so kind! She bought me some medicine from the local pharmacy and gave me a big blanket and pillow to lay down on.

She speaks almost perfect English and she is extremely personable and funny! I highly highly recommend taking this cooking class! read less

Everyone had a great time visiting the local market & learning how to cook Thai classics at Chef Pim's lovely little set-up in Khlong Toei.

Beautiful presentation skills throughout, great explanations and a really professional experience in the kitchen.

Myself and my girlfriend are vegan and the instructor was very accommodating and provided us with alternatives to all the animal products. We booked last minute the night before we were leaving and they were able to accommodate us for the next morning. We skipped the market due to our own logistics issues and went directly to the school. Ticha & her team provided excellent training! Our host, Alex, was knowledgeable and personable. We enjoyed learning about and picking up key ingredients in the market, riding a tuk tuk to the school, and preparing pad Thai, lemongrass salad, green curry, and mango sticky rice. 10/10 highly recommended. I am also glad to know that the meat bought is halal. Do indicate for halal dietary when signing up. The hands on preparation and cooking is truly indeed a great learning experience. It was a bit cramp to cook in the kitchen because there were quite a number of us. Nevertheless, all of us enjoyed the cooking and eating sessions. read less
