Our class consisted of a group from Australia, US, South Korea and China, Pim was an excellent teacher who communicated well with all of us. The whole experience was perfectly organized beginning with a fun trip to the market and then a quick tuk-tuk ride over to the kitchen. I actually had a bad headache when we took the class but our cooking instructor was so kind! She bought me some medicine from the local pharmacy and gave me a big blanket and pillow to lay down on.

She speaks almost perfect English and she is extremely personable and funny! I highly highly recommend taking this cooking class! read less

We booked last minute the night before we were leaving and they were able to accommodate us for the next morning. We skipped the market due to our own logistics issues and went directly to the school. Ticha & her team provided excellent training! Our host, Alex, was knowledgeable and personable. We enjoyed learning about and picking up key ingredients in the market, riding a tuk tuk to the school, and preparing pad Thai, lemongrass salad, green curry, and mango sticky rice. 10/10 highly recommended.
