Great explanation about all the food and it's very hands on - you get to do a lot of stuff yourself. Our guide clearly explained all the ingredients and I learned so much (plus, we got to eat fruits and desserts!). The cooking experience was incredible - everything was well-organized, structured, clean, well-explained. Super friendly staff and the other attendees were nice too! We made soup, red curry, papaya salad, pad Thai, and sticky rice with mango. I felt so happy and relaxed the whole time - I learned so much about Thai cuisine and all the delicious flavors that go into dishes!!! As a Thai student living abroad, it would be better to be able to cook Thai food when you are away from home. So I decided to take a cooking class here when I came back during a break and that was really worth. I learned to cook a lot of dishes, especially Tom-Yum-Goong which is my favorite one. The instructor, Phim, is very kind and friendly. Also, the class is enjoyable and very diverse with all ethnicities so I would recommend everyone to come here. read less

Pim was a very knowledgeable and funny instructor! Definitely learned a thing or two about cooking and Thai cuisine. read less

I am also glad to know that the meat bought is halal. Do indicate for halal dietary when signing up. The hands on preparation and cooking is truly indeed a great learning experience. It was a bit cramp to cook in the kitchen because there were quite a number of us. Nevertheless, all of us enjoyed the cooking and eating sessions. read less

The class began with a stroll through a nearby market full of fresh fruits, vegetables and fish. We stopped at multiple locations to learn about the ingredients we would be using. The class itself was run by a very knowledgable and sweet instructor. We made 4 delicious dishes and received recipes to take home with us to reference later.
