We booked last minute the night before we were leaving and they were able to accommodate us for the next morning. We skipped the market due to our own logistics issues and went directly to the school. Ticha & her team provided excellent training! The class began with a stroll through a nearby market full of fresh fruits, vegetables and fish. We stopped at multiple locations to learn about the ingredients we would be using. The class itself was run by a very knowledgable and sweet instructor. We made 4 delicious dishes and received recipes to take home with us to reference later. Ticha did a fantastic job today 🙂 my friends and I has such a fun time! We missed the market section in the beginning because of traffic, but that was fine. The food was amazing (who knew we were that good at cooking? ?). The facilities were nice and the staff was very friends. Met our teacher directly outside MRT station, toured the market and selected our ingredients as a group. We then got a tuk tuk to the cooking school where we made 4 delicious dishes each. Regardless of cooking ability, you’ll have a great time and end up making some lovely food.Arrive hungry, as you’ll be eating lots of food throughout your session! read less
