We originally planned to book the class on Wednesday but it was fully booked, so we opted for the one on Thursday whose menu turned out to be more attractive. The staff were all friendly and the atmosphere was cozy. I couldn't believe I'd have made such nice-looking dishes! Everything was made easy under Pim's coaching. She laughed with us, but most importantly she helped us create some of the tastiest food I had during my trip. I felt knowledgeable about the ingredients used by the end of our experience. I can’t wait to try the recipes on my own.

First she showed us around the very busy market, which was very interesting! I learned about many new spices, fruits and vegetables and saw and smelled many new things!

After the tuktuk-ride back to the school (which was pretty fun) we started cooking many different dishes, most of which i forgot the names of. They all tasted amazing, espescially since we got to prepare them ourselves!

I really reccommend this class to anyone interested in thai food and cuisine! read less

Our host, Alex, was knowledgeable and personable. We enjoyed learning about and picking up key ingredients in the market, riding a tuk tuk to the school, and preparing pad Thai, lemongrass salad, green curry, and mango sticky rice. 10/10 highly recommended. The class began with a stroll through a nearby market full of fresh fruits, vegetables and fish. We stopped at multiple locations to learn about the ingredients we would be using. The class itself was run by a very knowledgable and sweet instructor. We made 4 delicious dishes and received recipes to take home with us to reference later.
