Nice market tour with plenty of explanations for the ingredients, though I could have walked around longer, but of course it was about the cooking.p

The class was hosted in a nicely decorated and very clean school and contained preparation of 5 delicious dishes with fresh ingredients guided by lovely chef Pim. We were just 5 people, so enough space, time and explanations. I really enjoyed it and had lots of fun aside from the tasty and plenty food! Would recommend it to everyone who wants to have a proper Thai cooking experience! Thank you very much Pim read less

I am also glad to know that the meat bought is halal. Do indicate for halal dietary when signing up. The hands on preparation and cooking is truly indeed a great learning experience. It was a bit cramp to cook in the kitchen because there were quite a number of us. Nevertheless, all of us enjoyed the cooking and eating sessions. read less

Our host, Alex, was knowledgeable and personable. We enjoyed learning about and picking up key ingredients in the market, riding a tuk tuk to the school, and preparing pad Thai, lemongrass salad, green curry, and mango sticky rice. 10/10 highly recommended. We booked last minute the night before we were leaving and they were able to accommodate us for the next morning. We skipped the market due to our own logistics issues and went directly to the school. Ticha & her team provided excellent training! The class began with a stroll through a nearby market full of fresh fruits, vegetables and fish. We stopped at multiple locations to learn about the ingredients we would be using. The class itself was run by a very knowledgable and sweet instructor. We made 4 delicious dishes and received recipes to take home with us to reference later.
