First she showed us around the very busy market, which was very interesting! I learned about many new spices, fruits and vegetables and saw and smelled many new things!

After the tuktuk-ride back to the school (which was pretty fun) we started cooking many different dishes, most of which i forgot the names of. They all tasted amazing, espescially since we got to prepare them ourselves!

I really reccommend this class to anyone interested in thai food and cuisine! read less

I decide to choose this school because of good opinions and I was'nt disappointed. Our chef was charismatic with sence of humor. During class I taste many exotic fruits and cook 4 dishes. Facility (decoration, trays and bowls they use, etc) was really good, the teacher is very experienced, she knows how to work the crowd and get a good atmosphere going.

Compared with the two advantages I just mentioned, the food is actually something they should improve on, it's still good, but not excellent.

Overall a very good experience to have. If cooking classes are something you're looking for in Bangkok, I definitely recommend this one. read less

The visit to the local market to buy the ingredients was made all the better by our chef telling us about the different fruit, vegetables, herbs and spices being sold.

Back at the cookery school, which was air conditioned, we prepared, cooked and ate each of the four course under the supervision of our chef (Alex).

Most definitely one of our highlights of our time in Bangkok a would most definitely recommend the experience. read less

I am also glad to know that the meat bought is halal. Do indicate for halal dietary when signing up. The hands on preparation and cooking is truly indeed a great learning experience. It was a bit cramp to cook in the kitchen because there were quite a number of us. Nevertheless, all of us enjoyed the cooking and eating sessions. read less

The food was amazing (who knew we were that good at cooking? ?). The facilities were nice and the staff was very friends. Our host, Alex, was knowledgeable and personable. We enjoyed learning about and picking up key ingredients in the market, riding a tuk tuk to the school, and preparing pad Thai, lemongrass salad, green curry, and mango sticky rice. 10/10 highly recommended. The class began with a stroll through a nearby market full of fresh fruits, vegetables and fish. We stopped at multiple locations to learn about the ingredients we would be using. The class itself was run by a very knowledgable and sweet instructor. We made 4 delicious dishes and received recipes to take home with us to reference later.
