We got to experience the market where we learned about the different ingredients and picked some up before heading to the school. Prim was so fun as an instructor showing us so many life hacks we didn't know we could use in the kitchen! We made 5 courses and they were all delicious. Everything seemed so easy to do. I would definitely recommend people to try this out and it's a blast, whether you are alone or with friends. read less

We booked at the last minute, and then we were late arriving to class due to travel issues. Pim was so accommodating and welcoming!

We joined the afternoon cooking class, where Pim talked to us about the different Thai spices and ingredients and what we could substitute for them once we return home. We were able to make (and then devour!) five different Thai dishes under Pim's tutelage and with her encouragement.

This was easily one of the best things we've done in Thailand; could not recommend it more! So looking forward to treating family and friends to these dishes. read less

Our class consisted of a group from Australia, US, South Korea and China, Pim was an excellent teacher who communicated well with all of us. The class began with a stroll through a nearby market full of fresh fruits, vegetables and fish. We stopped at multiple locations to learn about the ingredients we would be using. The class itself was run by a very knowledgable and sweet instructor. We made 4 delicious dishes and received recipes to take home with us to reference later. Our host, Alex, was knowledgeable and personable. We enjoyed learning about and picking up key ingredients in the market, riding a tuk tuk to the school, and preparing pad Thai, lemongrass salad, green curry, and mango sticky rice. 10/10 highly recommended.
