Then we backed to the cooking school to cook a 5-courses meal, including my favourite mango sticky rice!! Pim was extremely patient and taught us many cooking skills. Our host, Alex, was knowledgeable and personable. We enjoyed learning about and picking up key ingredients in the market, riding a tuk tuk to the school, and preparing pad Thai, lemongrass salad, green curry, and mango sticky rice. 10/10 highly recommended.
