She laughed with us, but most importantly she helped us create some of the tastiest food I had during my trip. I felt knowledgeable about the ingredients used by the end of our experience. We skipped the market due to our own logistics issues and went directly to the school. Ticha & her team provided excellent training! The food was amazing (who knew we were that good at cooking? ?). The facilities were nice and the staff was very friends. I am also glad to know that the meat bought is halal. Do indicate for halal dietary when signing up. The hands on preparation and cooking is truly indeed a great learning experience. It was a bit cramp to cook in the kitchen because there were quite a number of us. Nevertheless, all of us enjoyed the cooking and eating sessions. read less
