We booked at the last minute, and then we were late arriving to class due to travel issues. Pim was so accommodating and welcoming!

We joined the afternoon cooking class, where Pim talked to us about the different Thai spices and ingredients and what we could substitute for them once we return home. We were able to make (and then devour!) five different Thai dishes under Pim's tutelage and with her encouragement.

This was easily one of the best things we've done in Thailand; could not recommend it more! So looking forward to treating family and friends to these dishes. read less

They also allowed my mom who was traveling with me to stay and watch (and help eat all the food, which was more than necessary!) without an extra charge. The location is a bit hard to find and a nice thai man on a scooter in the neighborhood gave me and my mom a ride:)

I forget the name of the girl that did the class but her English was perfect and her having lived in the US helped inform me if what ingradients I will and will not be able to find once back in the US. We cooked 4 different dishes including the dessert and boy, all of the dishes tasted sooo good!! The pad thai I made was the best pad thai I had in Bangkok 🙂 All the ingradients were so fresh and the teacher gave easy and clear instructions. There was so much food and you eat after you cook each dis, so do come with an empty stomach, dont eat a big breakfast like we did!!

I attended with my wife and son and we had the opportunity to learn about authentic Thai cuisine. Pim is a wonderful instructor, she has a great sense of humor and made us laugh with her stories. With Pim’s instruction making Pad Thai and Mussaman curry from scratch seems easy. I highly recommend ‘House of Taste’ to everyone looking for a chance to learn to make Thai food at home. I am glad that someone suggested to come with an empty stomach because the food is very satisfying and filling. read less

My husband has only 1 arm and was given special personal assistance by one of the chefs, which was so kind and appreciated. We highly recommend the House of Taste and cooking with Pim and her staff. We got to experience the market where we learned about the different ingredients and picked some up before heading to the school. Prim was so fun as an instructor showing us so many life hacks we didn't know we could use in the kitchen! We made 5 courses and they were all delicious. Everything seemed so easy to do. I would definitely recommend people to try this out and it's a blast, whether you are alone or with friends. read less

We booked last minute the night before we were leaving and they were able to accommodate us for the next morning. We skipped the market due to our own logistics issues and went directly to the school. Ticha & her team provided excellent training! I am also glad to know that the meat bought is halal. Do indicate for halal dietary when signing up. The hands on preparation and cooking is truly indeed a great learning experience. The class began with a stroll through a nearby market full of fresh fruits, vegetables and fish. We stopped at multiple locations to learn about the ingredients we would be using. The class itself was run by a very knowledgable and sweet instructor. We made 4 delicious dishes and received recipes to take home with us to reference later.
