We went to a local market and our cooking class teacher, Pim, showed us the local vegetables and fruits to us. Then we backed to the cooking school to cook a 5-courses meal, including my favourite mango sticky rice!! Pim was extremely patient and taught us many cooking skills. And our products were really delicious!!! read less

We had a fun time learning and prepping four courses with Mimi and her staff. Course was in English and Mimi is 100% fluent having lived in Texas and Chicago. Our host, Alex, was knowledgeable and personable. We enjoyed learning about and picking up key ingredients in the market, riding a tuk tuk to the school, and preparing pad Thai, lemongrass salad, green curry, and mango sticky rice. 10/10 highly recommended. We booked last minute the night before we were leaving and they were able to accommodate us for the next morning. We skipped the market due to our own logistics issues and went directly to the school. Ticha & her team provided excellent training! The class began with a stroll through a nearby market full of fresh fruits, vegetables and fish. We stopped at multiple locations to learn about the ingredients we would be using. The class itself was run by a very knowledgable and sweet instructor. We made 4 delicious dishes and received recipes to take home with us to reference later. Highly recommend taking this class when in Bangkok! read less
