Our class consisted of a group from Australia, US, South Korea and China, Pim was an excellent teacher who communicated well with all of us. Our host, Alex, was knowledgeable and personable. We enjoyed learning about and picking up key ingredients in the market, riding a tuk tuk to the school, and preparing pad Thai, lemongrass salad, green curry, and mango sticky rice. 10/10 highly recommended.
