Pim and her team are incredibly organized and made the experience fun and educational. We started in a local market and received a great lesson on different fruits, vegetable and spices. From there we took tuk tuks to the school and had a nice appetizer of local fruits.

I learned so much about traditional Thai cooking and I will take what I learned back home and make it my own!!!

Techa (apologies for my spelling Teacher) covered the preparation and cooking of the dishes very well. I would highly recommend this as a worthwhile thing to do in Bangkok. read less

First because we were a small group, secondly because the other students were great and finally because the teacher and the class was very good. The teacher taught us very well step by step. She is a little playful in the good way. I was pleased to learn how to cook the dishes that I already tasted during my stay in Thailand. So Thank you very much! I just need to practice at home and hope that the taste would be the same or better. read less

I was in foodie heaven here, what a great intro do cooking Thai food! Our teacher Pim was very funny and friendly and helped us make five of my favorite Thai dishes: A coconut soup, fried spring rolls, pad thai, green curry, and mango sticky rice! Don’t worry, the portions are the perfect size so you have enough room for everything :). I loved the bowls and I felt like we all actually learned enough to be able to replicate it at home. Myself and my girlfriend are vegan and the instructor was very accommodating and provided us with alternatives to all the animal products. We booked last minute the night before we were leaving and they were able to accommodate us for the next morning. We skipped the market due to our own logistics issues and went directly to the school. Ticha & her team provided excellent training! We enjoyed learning about the ingredients and methods that go into cooking Thai food. They also agreed to send us the recipes that we made. Great time!

I am also glad to know that the meat bought is halal. Do indicate for halal dietary when signing up. The hands on preparation and cooking is truly indeed a great learning experience. It was a bit cramp to cook in the kitchen because there were quite a number of us. Nevertheless, all of us enjoyed the cooking and eating sessions. read less

The class began with a stroll through a nearby market full of fresh fruits, vegetables and fish. We stopped at multiple locations to learn about the ingredients we would be using. The class itself was run by a very knowledgable and sweet instructor. We made 4 delicious dishes and received recipes to take home with us to reference later.
