Nice market tour with plenty of explanations for the ingredients, though I could have walked around longer, but of course it was about the cooking.p

The class was hosted in a nicely decorated and very clean school and contained preparation of 5 delicious dishes with fresh ingredients guided by lovely chef Pim. We were just 5 people, so enough space, time and explanations. I really enjoyed it and had lots of fun aside from the tasty and plenty food! Our class consisted of a group from Australia, US, South Korea and China, Pim was an excellent teacher who communicated well with all of us. The food created was extremely good - some of the best Thai food I had while in country. Thoroughly recommended! read less

Facility (decoration, trays and bowls they use, etc) was really good, the teacher is very experienced, she knows how to work the crowd and get a good atmosphere going.

Compared with the two advantages I just mentioned, the food is actually something they should improve on, it's still good, but not excellent.

Overall a very good experience to have. If cooking classes are something you're looking for in Bangkok, I definitely recommend this one. read less

We learned how to cook 5 dishes--tom yum soup, pad thai, papaya salad, red curry, mango sticky rice. Everything was super delicious! Even better than what we had tried at the restaurants and street food. The instructor is really nice, funny and speaks many languages! I'd highly recommend this class! read less

I am also glad to know that the meat bought is halal. Do indicate for halal dietary when signing up. The hands on preparation and cooking is truly indeed a great learning experience. It was a bit cramp to cook in the kitchen because there were quite a number of us. Nevertheless, all of us enjoyed the cooking and eating sessions. read less

The class began with a stroll through a nearby market full of fresh fruits, vegetables and fish. We stopped at multiple locations to learn about the ingredients we would be using. The class itself was run by a very knowledgable and sweet instructor. We made 4 delicious dishes and received recipes to take home with us to reference later.
