The visit to the local market to buy the ingredients was made all the better by our chef telling us about the different fruit, vegetables, herbs and spices being sold.

Back at the cookery school, which was air conditioned, we prepared, cooked and ate each of the four course under the supervision of our chef (Alex).

Most definitely one of our highlights of our time in Bangkok a would most definitely recommend the experience. read less

Our class consisted of a group from Australia, US, South Korea and China, Pim was an excellent teacher who communicated well with all of us. Our host, Alex, was knowledgeable and personable. We enjoyed learning about and picking up key ingredients in the market, riding a tuk tuk to the school, and preparing pad Thai, lemongrass salad, green curry, and mango sticky rice. 10/10 highly recommended. We booked last minute the night before we were leaving and they were able to accommodate us for the next morning. We skipped the market due to our own logistics issues and went directly to the school. Ticha & her team provided excellent training! The food was amazing (who knew we were that good at cooking? ?). The facilities were nice and the staff was very friends.
