We booked last minute the night before we were leaving and they were able to accommodate us for the next morning. We skipped the market due to our own logistics issues and went directly to the school. Ticha & her team provided excellent training! We enjoyed learning about the ingredients and methods that go into cooking Thai food. They also agreed to send us the recipes that we made. Great time!

Well Organised, Great Atmosphere Went to a few different Thai cooking classes in Bangkok, this was the best one, although was the most difficult... read moreWent to a few different Thai cooking classes in Bangkok, this was the best one, although was the most difficult one to find (my class was the afternoon one, so meeting point is at the school instead of the train station).

Facility (decoration, trays and bowls they use, etc) was really good, the teacher is very experienced, she knows how to work the crowd and get a good atmosphere going.

Compared with the two advantages I just mentioned, the food is actually something they should improve on, it's still good, but not excellent.

Overall a very good experience to have. If cooking classes are something you're looking for in Bangkok, I definitely recommend this one. read less

We booked at the last minute, and then we were late arriving to class due to travel issues. Pim was so accommodating and welcoming!

We joined the afternoon cooking class, where Pim talked to us about the different Thai spices and ingredients and what we could substitute for them once we return home. We were able to make (and then devour!) five different Thai dishes under Pim's tutelage and with her encouragement.

This was easily one of the best things we've done in Thailand; could not recommend it more! So looking forward to treating family and friends to these dishes. read less

I am also glad to know that the meat bought is halal. Do indicate for halal dietary when signing up. The hands on preparation and cooking is truly indeed a great learning experience. Our host, Alex, was knowledgeable and personable. We enjoyed learning about and picking up key ingredients in the market, riding a tuk tuk to the school, and preparing pad Thai, lemongrass salad, green curry, and mango sticky rice. 10/10 highly recommended. The class began with a stroll through a nearby market full of fresh fruits, vegetables and fish. We stopped at multiple locations to learn about the ingredients we would be using. The class itself was run by a very knowledgable and sweet instructor. We made 4 delicious dishes and received recipes to take home with us to reference later.
