They do a great job providing directions, information and great flexibility with allergies. Aside from the amazingly great tasting recipes, the staff and cooks who teach the class are so energetic, funny, and patient. This class is all around worth it. They also allowed my mom... read moreOn a weekday for an afternoon class, I was the only one taking the class. They also allowed my mom who was traveling with me to stay and watch (and help eat all the food, which was more than necessary!) without an extra charge. The location is a bit hard to find and a nice thai man on a scooter in the neighborhood gave me and my mom a ride:)

I forget the name of the girl that did the class but her English was perfect and her having lived in the US helped inform me if what ingradients I will and will not be able to find once back in the US. We cooked 4 different dishes including the dessert and boy, all of the dishes tasted sooo good!! The pad thai I made was the best pad thai I had in Bangkok 🙂 All the ingradients were so fresh and the teacher gave easy and clear instructions. There was so much food and you eat after you cook each dis, so do come with an empty stomach, dont eat a big breakfast like we did!!

I was in foodie heaven here, what a great intro do cooking Thai food! Our teacher Pim was very funny and friendly and helped us make five of my favorite Thai dishes: A coconut soup, fried spring rolls, pad thai, green curry, and mango sticky rice! Don’t worry, the portions are the perfect size so you have enough room for everything :). I loved the bowls and I felt like we all actually learned enough to be able to replicate it at home. Nice market tour with plenty of explanations for the ingredients, though I could have walked around longer, but of course it was about the cooking.p

The class was hosted in a nicely decorated and very clean school and contained preparation of 5 delicious dishes with fresh ingredients guided by lovely chef Pim. We were just 5 people, so enough space, time and explanations. I really enjoyed it and had lots of fun aside from the tasty and plenty food! We booked last minute the night before we were leaving and they were able to accommodate us for the next morning. We skipped the market due to our own logistics issues and went directly to the school. Ticha & her team provided excellent training! Our host, Alex, was knowledgeable and personable. We enjoyed learning about and picking up key ingredients in the market, riding a tuk tuk to the school, and preparing pad Thai, lemongrass salad, green curry, and mango sticky rice. 10/10 highly recommended.
