The whole experience was perfectly organized beginning with a fun trip to the market and then a quick tuk-tuk ride over to the kitchen. I actually had a bad headache when we took the class but our cooking instructor was so kind! She bought me some medicine from the local pharmacy and gave me a big blanket and pillow to lay down on.

She speaks almost perfect English and she is extremely personable and funny! I highly highly recommend taking this cooking class! read less

It’s so easy to learn to cook every dishes because Mimi not only explain the steps in detail , but also follow up with each student working purposes to make sure everyone can make a delicious food.

All food and Vegetables are coming with fresh so no need to worry about the cleaning problem.

First because we were a small group, secondly because the other students were great and finally because the teacher and the class was very good. The teacher taught us very well step by step. She is a little playful in the good way. I was pleased to learn how to cook the dishes that I already tasted during my stay in Thailand. So Thank you very much! We skipped the market due to our own logistics issues and went directly to the school. Ticha & her team provided excellent training! I am also glad to know that the meat bought is halal. Do indicate for halal dietary when signing up. The hands on preparation and cooking is truly indeed a great learning experience. It was a bit cramp to cook in the kitchen because there were quite a number of us. Nevertheless, all of us enjoyed the cooking and eating sessions. read less
