We booked at the last minute, and then we were late arriving to class due to travel issues. Pim was so accommodating and welcoming!

We joined the afternoon cooking class, where Pim talked to us about the different Thai spices and ingredients and what we could substitute for them once we return home. We were able to make (and then devour!) five different Thai dishes under Pim's tutelage and with her encouragement.

This was easily one of the best things we've done in Thailand; could not recommend it more! So looking forward to treating family and friends to these dishes. read less

I spent a great morning starting with market shopping then on to the kitchen to cook 5 superb Thai dishes. Pim is well organised and passionate about her food. Her tips along the way were invaluable (and her English language skills excellent). The kitchen is modern and well equipped and Pim herself is professional and engaging. Ticha did a fantastic job today 🙂 my friends and I has such a fun time! We missed the market section in the beginning because of traffic, but that was fine. The food was amazing (who knew we were that good at cooking? ?). The facilities were nice and the staff was very friends. I am also glad to know that the meat bought is halal. Do indicate for halal dietary when signing up. The hands on preparation and cooking is truly indeed a great learning experience. It was a bit cramp to cook in the kitchen because there were quite a number of us. Nevertheless, all of us enjoyed the cooking and eating sessions. read less
