Then we backed to the cooking school to cook a 5-courses meal, including my favourite mango sticky rice!! Pim was extremely patient and taught us many cooking skills. We got to experience the market where we learned about the different ingredients and picked some up before heading to the school. Prim was so fun as an instructor showing us so many life hacks we didn't know we could use in the kitchen! We made 5 courses and they were all delicious. Everything seemed so easy to do. I would definitely recommend people to try this out and it's a blast, whether you are alone or with friends. read less

Our class consisted of a group from Australia, US, South Korea and China, Pim was an excellent teacher who communicated well with all of us. Ticha did a fantastic job today 🙂 my friends and I has such a fun time! We missed the market section in the beginning because of traffic, but that was fine. The food was amazing (who knew we were that good at cooking? ?). The facilities were nice and the staff was very friends. We booked last minute the night before we were leaving and they were able to accommodate us for the next morning. We skipped the market due to our own logistics issues and went directly to the school. Ticha & her team provided excellent training! Our host, Alex, was knowledgeable and personable. We enjoyed learning about and picking up key ingredients in the market, riding a tuk tuk to the school, and preparing pad Thai, lemongrass salad, green curry, and mango sticky rice. 10/10 highly recommended. I am also glad to know that the meat bought is halal. Do indicate for halal dietary when signing up. The hands on preparation and cooking is truly indeed a great learning experience. It was a bit cramp to cook in the kitchen because there were quite a number of us. Nevertheless, all of us enjoyed the cooking and eating sessions. read less

The class itself was run by a very knowledgable and sweet instructor. We made 4 delicious dishes and received recipes to take home with us to reference later.
