We learned how to cook 5 dishes--tom yum soup, pad thai, papaya salad, red curry, mango sticky rice. Everything was super delicious! Even better than what we had tried at the restaurants and street food. The instructor is really nice, funny and speaks many languages! I'd highly recommend this class! read less

We originally planned to book the class on Wednesday but it was fully booked, so we opted for the one on Thursday whose menu turned out to be more attractive. The staff were all friendly and the atmosphere was cozy. I couldn't believe I'd have made such nice-looking dishes! Everything was made easy under Pim's coaching. The class began with a stroll through a nearby market full of fresh fruits, vegetables and fish. We stopped at multiple locations to learn about the ingredients we would be using. The class itself was run by a very knowledgable and sweet instructor. We made 4 delicious dishes and received recipes to take home with us to reference later. Our host, Alex, was knowledgeable and personable. We enjoyed learning about and picking up key ingredients in the market, riding a tuk tuk to the school, and preparing pad Thai, lemongrass salad, green curry, and mango sticky rice. 10/10 highly recommended. We booked last minute the night before we were leaving and they were able to accommodate us for the next morning. We skipped the market due to our own logistics issues and went directly to the school. Ticha & her team provided excellent training!
