Our guide clearly explained all the ingredients and I learned so much (plus, we got to eat fruits and desserts!). The cooking experience was incredible - everything was well-organized, structured, clean, well-explained. Super friendly staff and the other attendees were nice too! We made soup, red curry, papaya salad, pad Thai, and sticky rice with mango. I felt so happy and relaxed the whole time - I learned so much about Thai cuisine and all the delicious flavors that go into dishes!!! We skipped the market due to our own logistics issues and went directly to the school. Ticha & her team provided excellent training! I am also glad to know that the meat bought is halal. Do indicate for halal dietary when signing up. The hands on preparation and cooking is truly indeed a great learning experience. It was a bit cramp to cook in the kitchen because there were quite a number of us. Nevertheless, all of us enjoyed the cooking and eating sessions. read less
